Delivery: Free–$35; Free to 2 of the 5 ZIP codes we serve; $25–$35 to the rest. Plus the distance fee.
Distance fee: $3 a mile; After the first 15 miles from our yard. Charged for the drive out.
Extra days: $15 a day; Past the included rental days.
Overweight: $65 a ton; Over the included weight.
Junk by weight: $65 a ton; After the first 1 ton.
Mattress or box spring: $25; Item fee.
Refrigerator or freezer (Freon): $50; Item fee.
Tire: $15; Item fee.
Damage waiver: $15; Optional damage waiver, chosen at checkout.
Driveway boards: $25; Optional, chosen at checkout.
Extra tons: Your size's overage rate a ton; Optional, chosen at checkout.
Trip fee: delivery we can't make: $75; When the spot is blocked or can't be reached.
Trip fee: pickup we can't make: $75; When the roll-off dumpster is blocked or overloaded.
Card processing fee: 2.9% + $0.30; On card payments.
Cancellation: No fee; Cancel online at least 48 hours before your delivery window opens for a full refund. Inside that window, call the office and we'll take care of you.

What does the posted price include?

Delivery, pickup, the rental days shown and disposal up to the weight allowance for that size.

How does the weight allowance work?

Each size includes a set weight. The landfill weighs the load, and only weight over the allowance is charged, at the per-ton rate shown.

Are there any other fees?

Only the extras listed with the prices, such as extra days or special items like mattresses and tires.

Do I pay a deposit?

You book online with a card. The price you see at checkout is what you pay unless you add days or go over the allowance.
